Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory with high precision.
- Pack and prepare products for shipping using proper packaging materials and techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
