Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock merchandise onto shelves and storage areas according to company standards.
- Organize inventory to ensure products are easily accessible and visually appealing to customers.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management when inventory needs replenishment.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist in inventory audits.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to manage loading and unloading schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
