Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) as required.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility.
