Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and organizing inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Perform daily quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before leaving the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a clean background check.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
