Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Manage inventory using advanced WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols and 5S standards
- Lead team training initiatives for new equipment and processes
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and throughput
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse/forklift experience with valid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
