Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort freight accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with protocols.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining a positive customer service attitude during handling processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification preferred but not required for all entry-level roles.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
