Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count incoming stock against purchase orders, and inspect materials for damage.
- Pack and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all packaging meets safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Process shipments and returns accurately in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
