Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock in designated areas and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Packaging: Prepare shipments and packages according to safety standards and customer requirements.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
