Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and prepare packages for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) safely and according to safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders before loading trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy for time tracking and scanning systems.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
