Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with all regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the management system.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers during the night shift.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Keep the workspace organized and clean to ensure optimal workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
