Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products to meet daily operational targets.
- Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
