Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory using RF scanners and computer systems.
- Organize stock in designated warehouse areas to ensure maximum accessibility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as requested by management.
- Package and label goods accurately for shipping and distribution.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to obtain Forklift Certification (we provide training).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to the Portland location.
