Responsibilities
- Load, unload, pick, pack, and scan products accurately using RF scanners.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory accuracy and assist in cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any safety hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
