Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and errors.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure workflow is optimized during peak hours.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
