Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and inventory products using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends/peak seasons)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Background check and drug screen required
