Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using WMS systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with digital tablets
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy with mobile device experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to Charlotte facility
