Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation using digital tracking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Pack, label, and ship orders with 99%+ accuracy
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement 5S methodologies
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
- Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
