Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to customers by answering questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Transaction Management: Accurately operate cash registers, process credit/debit transactions, and handle cash drawers with integrity.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts, check stock levels, and alert management when supplies are running low.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency during peak weekend hours.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations during every shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to perform light physical labor.
- Experience: Previous retail, customer service, or warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: A dependable work history with a strong focus on punctuality and attendance.
