Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming customer orders and inquiries with accuracy and speed.
- Perform data entry and maintain precise digital records for all night operations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure optimal availability.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist in training new part-time staff during night shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends (Saturday-Sunday, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and MS Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
