Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Customers: Provide friendly and efficient service to all shoppers and visitors.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and handle cash or digital payments.
- Stock and Maintain Inventory: Organize shelves, restock products, and ensure the sales floor is clean and presentable.
- Handle Inquiries: Answer questions regarding products, store hours, and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow employees to achieve daily sales goals.
- Security Checks: Assist with closing procedures, including verifying the register and locking up the facility.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evenings.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
