This vital role ensures our shelves are perfectly stocked before dawn, creating an organized and inviting shopping environment. You'll work independently and collaboratively to maintain inventory accuracy while upholding our brand's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate inventory using FIFO principles to prevent spoilage
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom areas
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- Previous stocker or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Team player with proactive problem-solving abilities
