Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and organization of merchandise displays.
- Store Operations: Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment throughout the weekend shifts.
- Sales Support: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Merchandising: Ensure product signage is accurate and displays are appealing to attract customers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a track record of consistent attendance.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
