Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately process cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Handle cash registers and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of every shift.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing display areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming sales floor environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Cross-train with team members to support various operational needs.
