Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves and organize merchandise according to planogram standards
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct inventory audits and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure timely completion of stocking tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during shift
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work 20-25 hours weekly between 10 PM - 6 AM
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
