Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and merchandise incoming shipments according to company standards
- Organize and maintain inventory in stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Assist with seasonal displays and promotional setups
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Availability to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM), including weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
