As a Weekend Part-Time Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and our customers leave happy. You will be the face of our brand, interacting with shoppers and maintaining our high standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display cases with merchandise, ensuring products are organized, priced correctly, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or damages to management immediately.
- Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down weekend promotional displays and events.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and integrity.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
