Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operations Support: Assist in daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Transaction Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
- Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Inventory Management: Help monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies to the management team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
