Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store inventory in our climate-controlled facility
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scannersOperate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varying temperatures
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
