Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store incoming inventory with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse space and adhere to safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipment documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
