Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, style consultations, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory control including stock counts, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Support store opening/closing procedures including security protocols
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special events to drive foot traffic
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
