Responsibilities
- Operate provided POS systems and inventory management tools to process transactions accurately
- Assist customers using provided equipment (fitting rooms, product demonstration tools)
- Maintain store appearance using supplied cleaning and maintenance equipment
- Utilize provided communication devices for team coordination and customer assistance
- Operate provided security systems and loss-prevention equipment
- Process returns/exchanges using provided scanning and verification tools
- Participate in inventory counts using provided scanning equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience with provided retail technology systems preferred
- Ability to operate provided safety equipment (e.g., ladders for stock retrieval)
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions with provided calculators
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions using provided headsets
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays with provided scheduling tools
- Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods using provided supportive footwear
