Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, and manage returns/exchanges
- Merchandise products, maintain store displays, and ensure cleanliness standards
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention

- Operate point-of-sale systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
Qualifications
