About the Role:
As a Weekend Part-Time Associate, you will be the face of our brand. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and eager to learn. This role is ideal for students, retirees, or anyone seeking supplementary income.
Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Inventory: Assist with inventory management, including scanning items and restocking shelves to maintain optimal product availability.
- Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing in compliance with company standards.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evenings.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hire.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a polite, customer-centric attitude.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
