Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and issue resolution
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays in accordance with brand standards
- Assist with inventory management including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Contribute to store cleanliness and operational readiness during opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay current on promotions and features
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Positive attitude and problem-solving aptitude
- Reliable transportation to store location
