Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously while maintaining control and positive behavior
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners during walks
- Administer basic care (water, treats) and monitor pet health/safety
- Adapt routes to weather conditions and pet preferences
- Maintain accurate walk logs and client communication
- Transport pets to/from veterinary appointments when needed
- Participate in weekend and evening walk rotations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- CPR/First Aid certification for pets preferred
- Exceptional time management and reliability
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and walk 5+ miles daily
