Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues to end-users.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets with speed and accuracy.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain a knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with IT project rollouts and software installations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in technical support or IT help desk roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Washington, DC.
