Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately through our POS system while maintaining table cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Participate in opening/closing duties and side work assignments
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience preferred (6+ months)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
