Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer support tickets and emails during night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our software products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with day-shift managers to escalate critical issues.
- Perform routine system checks to ensure stability and security.
- Provide clear, friendly, and patient communication to diverse client base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support, IT, or technical writing is highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
