Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at VIP entrances and guest registration areas
- Manage crowd control and maintain safety protocols at high-traffic venues
- Execute event setup/breakdown including seating, signage, and decor placement
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Handle ticket scanning and credential verification efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Document incident reports and operational feedback post-event
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to downtown Fort Worth venues
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience in customer service or event hospitality (bonus)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and navigate crowded spaces safely
