Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets efficiently within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and client interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to identify recurring issues and improve system stability.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Perform routine system checks and software updates during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer support or technical helpdesk role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
