Responsibilities
- Accurately input and process data into our enterprise management systems.
- Assist in maintaining digital records and filing systems with high attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks.
- Resolve basic customer inquiries and provide timely responses via email and phone.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on assigned work.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program is a major plus (Students Welcome).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore office.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
