Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone during evening hours.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for entry-level users.
- Manage and update customer tickets in our CRM system.
- Follow strict quality assurance guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex escalations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote roles).
- Availability to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
