Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat during evening peak hours.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and administrative support tasks.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless information flow and workflow continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Update customer records accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential for remote work.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software tools quickly.
