Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and welcoming attitude during evening hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to ensure high operational standards.
- Collaborate with the evening team to achieve daily performance targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or university students are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new operational procedures.
