Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise efficiently
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with precision
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory control
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Previous stocking/merchandising experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 6-8 hours
