Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to end-users via phone, chat, and email during evening shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and manage support tickets in our CRM system with precision and speed.
- Guide customers through software installations and basic system configurations.
- Maintain a professional and patient demeanor when assisting frustrated users.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college program (Students Welcome!) OR 1+ years of previous IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
