Responsibilities
- Provide safe, on-leash walks for dogs in residential and park settings
- Monitor pet health and behavior during walks, reporting any concerns
- Administer basic care (hydration, waste cleanup) and maintain accurate logs
- Build trust with pet owners through professional communication and photo updates
- Adhere to company safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Manage scheduling via our mobile app and coordinate with team members
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to walk dogs up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Strong physical stamina and comfort in all weather conditions
- Excellent time management and punctuality skills
- Passion for animal welfare and prior pet experience preferred
- Professional communication and customer service aptitude
- Background check and drug screening required
