Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs individually or in small groups (max 4 dogs)
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and playtime
- Monitor pets' health and behavior; report concerns
- Maintain detailed client notes and scheduling
- Transport pets to/from vet appointments (as needed)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and leash laws
- Communicate professionally with pet owners
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes/breeds
- Basic pet first-aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical ability to walk 2-3 hours daily
- Passionate about animal welfare and responsible pet care
- Background check required
