Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs in designated Milwaukee neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners during walks
- Administer basic care (fresh water, waste cleanup, leash handling)
- Maintain detailed activity logs and client communication
- Adapt walks to dogs' specific needs (temperament, energy levels, medical requirements)
- Uphold strict safety protocols during all outdoor activities
- Build rapport with clients and their pets through personalized care
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Excellent time management and punctuality skills
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions
- Certification in pet first aid/CPR (preferred)
- Clear background check and reliable references
