Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable leash walks for 1-4 dogs at a time
- Administer basic care (feeding, fresh water, waste cleanup)
- Monitor pet behavior and report health concerns to owners
- Maintain detailed daily activity logs for each client
- Transport pets to/from veterinary appointments (as needed)
- Build strong relationships with pet owners through consistent communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
